Terms of Use — Neuro Balance

Neuro Balance is a cognitive training app. Installing or using it means you agree to these terms.

What the app is and is not

The app offers exercises for memory, attention, processing speed, reasoning and language. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and its scores are not a clinical assessment. If you have a health concern, see a professional; do not rely on the app in place of medical advice.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for private, non-commercial purposes on a device you own. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse-engineer the app or any part of it. The exercises, texts, design and code belong to Neuro Balance and are protected by copyright.

Subscription and payment

• One game is free. The other games require a Premium subscription.
• The subscription is sold monthly or yearly. The exact price is shown in the app before purchase, in your store's currency.
• Payment is charged through the store you installed the app from — Google Play or the App Store — under that store's terms. We never receive or store payment details.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the price shown at purchase, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, it is stated in the app. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Cancel through the store's subscription settings (Google Play → Subscriptions; App Store → Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. After cancelling, access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds follow the store's policy. On the App Store refund requests are handled by Apple only; on Google Play by Google.
• Restore: after reinstalling or changing device, tap "Restore purchase" on the subscription screen while signed in to the same store account.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app in a way that breaks the law, attempt to bypass the subscription, or interfere with our servers. A breach lets us block access without refund.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it working, but do not promise it will be free of faults or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the app, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the subscription in the last 12 months.

Changes and support

We may change, add or remove exercises and features, and update these terms. A material change is reflected in the date at the top of this page and on the app's store page. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Support: the "Report a problem" screen in the app, or the email below.

Privacy

What the app processes is described in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of the Central District, Israel — without limiting consumer rights that cannot be waived where you live.
