Privacy Policy — Neuro Balance

Neuro Balance is a cognitive training app. This page explains what the app processes and where it is kept.

Stored on your device

• Game scores and levels, used to show progress and set difficulty
• Language preference
• Subscription state

This never leaves your device and we have no access to it. Uninstalling the app deletes it completely.

What we do not collect

• No user accounts — no name, email, phone number or password
• No location tracking
• No access to contacts, camera or microphone
• No access to your photos, unless you pick one yourself to attach to a problem report
• No advertising and no ad networks
• No analytics or behavioral tracking

Permissions

The app requests internet access, required to process purchases through the store and to send problem reports, and vibration, used for haptic feedback during play. Access to your photos is requested only at the moment you choose to attach a screenshot to a report.

Purchases and subscriptions

Payment is handled by the store you installed the app from. We never see or store payment details — Google Play or Apple processes the transaction under Google's privacy policy or Apple's privacy policy.

To manage subscription state we use RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous installation identifier and the purchase status, in order to tell whether a subscription is active. That identifier is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising or marketing. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Reporting a problem

If you choose to report a problem from inside the app, the report is sent to our server and opened as a ticket in our development tracker.

We send what you wrote and, only after you explicitly turn on the consent switch on the report screen, your device model and OS version, the app version, the interface language, subscription state, a random installation identifier, and a list of recent app events. Without that consent nothing is sent.

A screenshot is attached only if you pick an image yourself. The app never captures your screen and never reads your gallery without an explicit selection. The follow-up email field is optional, and if you fill it in we use it only to reply about your report.

Reports are kept for as long as the problem is relevant. To request deletion: tzafrir.shimony@gmail.com

Children

The app is not directed to children under 18 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page is updated. A material change in how data is processed will also be noted on the app's store page.
